$2 million sale of 160 acres in Punta Gorda, FL brokered by Cornerstone Properties International
Date: Thursday, December 3, 2014

Cornerstone Properties International brokered the sale of 160 acres on Jones Loop Road in Punta Gorda, Florida. The property sold for $2,007,125 to OB 4, L.L.C. The seller was J. W. Sheffer Trust and the sale was brokered by Steve Eckhardt, Cornerstone Properties International.  The 160 acres is located minutes from I-75 East of the Punta Gorda Airport.   The land is currently zoned Agricultural but was marketed for residential development.  The sale was one of the highest prices obtained for raw agricultural land in Charlotte County since 2011.
